Z Grills 450A Wood Pellet Smoker Grill

I bought the Z Grill on the recommendation of Terry at Aussie BBQ Smoke in Carrum, Victoria. His advice is always good and this instance was no exception. I called Mick at Z Grills and organized to pick the grill up in Heathmont. Not only did Mick assemble the unit and install the optional door seal accessory, he threw in a ton of extras so we could cook that night. Paired with the Inkbird Wi-fi temperature monitor, this grill is a breeze to use. I had some issues with pairing the Inkbird temperature monitor with my phone. I called Mick and he was kind enough to come over to the house the next day and he solved the problem. It was an issue with my routers wi-fi settings and not the Inkbird device. I would say Z Grills has the best customer service I have ever experienced. As for the grill, we have used it twice on cheaper cuts of meat (beef blade roast and pork loin roast) and they were both terrific. Both had a hint of smoke but it was not overpowering. Considering the price point and the excellent customer service I don’t think one could go past the Z Grill.

I had first cook up , just grilled but it was moist and delicouse , can’t wait to do a brisket

We definitely love it, because it was fast and easy to smoke! I gave for 4 stars on easy to assemble because my dad lost the directions but we google the name of the grill and found them online!!!
