Pellet Smoker Conversion Kit

Convert a drum into a pellet smoker with this conversion kit.

This assembly is designed for use with the 700E-XL Z Grill, so will provide suitable heat output for similar sized drums (550mm diameter x 700mm long) or boxes.  Larger drums/boxes may work for low n slow (<135ºC) cooking temperatures.

Includes grill temperature sensor and 2 food probes.

Available with basic PID controller or wireless controller.

The operation and performance of the grill will depend on the drum size and configuration so this is for those of you that like to experiment to make your own smoker.
