Use and care
The current wooden bench has no juice groove and should not be used as a cutting board. Fold the wooden bench down when operating above 150°C. Treat bamboo with an appropriate board-care product and follow the wooden bench guide.
For current stainless steel benches, read the 2025 stainless steel bench guide. If you have the older design, use the pre-2025 stainless steel bench guide. The folding and locking mechanisms differ.
