Details
The knife blades are made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. The roll has protective material beneath the straps to help protect the leather when inserting the knives.
Use and care
Use and care
Lay the roll flat when inserting or removing knives. Hand-wash knives separately, dry them and store them in the roll. Do not put them in the dishwasher. Use the honing steel to maintain an edge; a blunt knife still needs sharpening. See the knife care and sharpening guide.
