Cook on a flat or ridged cast-iron surface. This reversible, pre-seasoned plate turns your grill into a hotplate for searing steaks, smash burgers and bacon and eggs.
Compatibility
Fits the Z Grills Mini, where it replaces the grill rack and grease tray for hotplate cooking. On Z Grills 700-series grills (700E-XL and 7002B) it sits on the cooking grates.

Use and care
Preheat with the plate in place and keep the lid shut as much as possible during cooking. Avoid spilling oil or food over the edges into the fire-pot area. Never pour cold liquid onto the hot plate, as it can crack.
Once cool, wash with hot soapy water and a non-metal brush, dry thoroughly and lightly oil before storing. Read the hotplate setup and safety instructions.
