For Z Grills and Trimal pellet smokers sold in Australia. Connect to the grill’s food-probe inputs and follow the instructions for your controller.
- Two wired food-temperature probes for compatible Australian Z Grills and Trimal smokers.
- Monitor your cook through the grill’s controller without repeatedly opening the lid.
- For Trimal pizza-oven cooking, use the supplied S1 food probe. Older standard Z Grills probes are not suitable.
Maximum temperature: 280°C. Exceeding this temperature can permanently damage the probe.

Use
Use the probe reading to follow the progress of your cook. For Trimal pizza-oven cooking, use only the probe type confirmed for that high-temperature application; older standard Z Grills probes are not suitable.
