Use and care
Use and care
Preheat with the plate in place and keep the lid shut as much as possible during cooking. Avoid spilling oil or food over the edges into the fire-pot area. Never pour cold liquid onto the hot plate, as it can crack.
Once cool, wash with hot soapy water and a non-metal brush, dry thoroughly and lightly oil before storing. Read the Mini hotplate setup and safety instructions.
