Cook wood-fired pizza in your Trimal S1 with this drop-in pizza oven attachment. The cordierite stone provides the cooking surface, while the side heat deflectors direct heat into the oven.

Compatibility

Designed for the Trimal S1 and its Pizza Oven cooking mode.
Use the Trimal S1 food probe supplied with your grill for pizza-oven cooking. Connect it to Probe 4. Do not substitute an older standard Z Grills food probe.

What’s included

Stainless steel pizza oven and an 11 mm thick cordierite stone.
Two heat deflectors, a round turning peel and a large pizza peel.

Use and care

Enable the pizza oven in the accessory settings before first use. The cooking mode offers settings from 200°C to 400°C; start with the guide’s recommendation for your dough and base. Keep the lid shut between checks and rotate the pizza as needed.

Let the oven and stone cool before handling. Never pour water onto a hot stone or clean it with detergent. Read the pizza oven setup and cooking guide before use.
