Cook burgers, prawns, eggs and steaks on a flat stainless steel surface in your Trimal S1. The hotplate sits in place of the left drip tray and drains onto the right drip tray below.

Use and care
Leave the right drip tray in place and preheat on LOW with the lid shut. The hotplate surface runs hotter than the temperature shown on the controller. Never pour cold water onto the hot plate or add a large pile of cold food, as rapid cooling can warp it.
Allow the plate to cool before removing. Clean and dry after use, then store under cover. Read the Trimal hotplate guide for setup and cooking instructions.
