Use and care
Keep food evenly balanced on the shaft and within the 5 kg load limit. For charcoal rotisserie cooking, keep the lid open and monitor the cook. Light charcoal in a separate chimney, never inside the grill. Follow the rotisserie and charcoal cooking guide for assembly, basket positioning and cleaning.
